Wall Mural

Wall mural pricing is determined using four factors- location and footage, cost of materials, intricacy of the design and working conditions. During our initial consult we will discuss all four factors and the client will be presented with sketches to ensure the design concept is meeting their needs.

Payment :
Once we have reached an agreed upon design and start date, a 50% deposit will be requested to secure and start the project. The deposit is used to purchase materials and equipment needed for the mural work. A contract will also be supplied detailing the start and end date of the project, along with the mural details. Once all the work has been completed, payment in full will be requested (or a payment plan can be worked out to meet the clients needs).

Basic mural costs run from $10-$30 a square foot. Pricing will be determined based on intricacy of the design and if any preparation work is needed for the wall space. Wall preparations include a base coat and any hole patching required. This can be done ahead of time to save on your budget.

Speaking of budgets, if you are working on a budget for your project I will ensure we can meet your needs within your budget. This is where consults are important so that all questions are answered and both yourself and I have a mutual understanding of the work needed.
