8 Ball

This artwork is done in acrylic on a 24" x 18" canvas.

The story behind this is based on how we make decisions today. Often, logic is under utilized along with critical thinking. I kept wondering how we got to where we are today as people--and then BAM- the idea hit me about the Magic 8 ball. How often as a child did we rely on these gimmicks to make decisions? Did it change much?

My love of space comes through in these pieces. I often revert to space themes when I am trying to make sense of how things are going in 2021.
